Refund policy
At Terrytory, every piece is carefully crafted and packed with attention to detail. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or shape may occur and are considered a part of the product’s uniqueness.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently accept returns or replacements only if:
- the item arrives damaged
- the wrong item is delivered
To request a return or replacement, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened and the condition of the item upon arrival

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- minor handmade variations
- slight color differences due to screen settings
- products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- claims submitted without an unboxing video
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Once reviewed, we may offer:
- a replacement
- store credit
- a refund
depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
